The following artwork contains photography taken during my stay in Seattle, USA,
in July 2023, which exposes the monument of Lenin partially covered with red paint.
As someone of Ukrainian origins who fled from the war to Switzerland, I criticize the
imperialistic regimes of both past and current aggressors and use irony to question
the value of Lenin's figure through the chosen title and glamorous kitschy frame.
